Jobs vocabulary worksheets
Here is a selection of vocabulary matching worksheets about jobs and occupations. They are very simple to use, all students need to do is write the correct words underneath the pictures.
Once your students have completed one or more of these job worksheets, be sure to ask some follow up questions about occupations. You can ask where the people work, what they do, what things they use, and what they wear. For example, you may want to elicit language such as – Firefighters work at fire stations, they put out fires. They use hoses and trucks and wear uniforms.
If you are teaching jobs then also check out the jobs puzzle dominoes. For older students, also try the jobs conversations questions.
