Here are some simple prepositions of place worksheets that involve vocabulary matching. Students simply need to write the correct prepositions underneath each picture. To take this activity further and involve more English speaking practice get the students to answer verbally in sentences.

This handout is a bit more challenging and has 15 prepositions of place and movement. If you plan to get the students to answer in sentence form you may want to provide the needed vocabulary beforehand – rock, cave, pole, hoop, ice, and leaf.
