This collection of discussion questions about home can be used to chat with anyone. As the saying goes, “Home is where the heart is”, it is a place where just about all people go about their daily lives outside of working hours.

In the English language classroom, you can use these engaging questions to get your students talking. The first set of 25 questions are quite simple, the second set are more advanced.

Some words you may need to teach before using the PDF activity as an ESL speaking exercise are – decorate, balcony, spend (time), neighbours, security, bricks, wood, steel, and bills.
