Conversation questions about business
Here are some introductory questions about business that are fairly simple, given the complexity of the topic. Business can be viewed and perceived in many ways. Essentially, though, it is all about buying, selling, and other forms of trade. It is a fascinating conversation topic that the entire world is involved in.
For ESL learners, the most difficult terms that you may need to preteach before starting the discussion include – logo, slogan, associate, personality traits, face a challenge, in general, actual, affect, and involved.
The discussion questions about business are –
1 – What business do you think has the most interesting logo? Can you describe it? What is their slogan?
2 – What are 5 things that you associate with the word business?
3 – Would you like to own your own business? What kind of business would it be?
4 – What kinds of personality traits do you think a successful business person needs?
5 – What kinds of challenges do small businesses face in your hometown and country?
6 – Are there any kinds of businesses that you think are unethical? Why do you think so?
7 – Are there any businesses or companies that you refuse to deal with? Why so?
