The continent of South America is made up of 13 different nations. These countries are – Argentine, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, French Guiana, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay, and Venezuela.

The first 4 maps, above and below, have detailed pictures and icons of trees, mountains, buildings, roads, rivers, and lakes to color. They can be made very colorful and work great as additions to larger class projects.

The maps are quite busy so if you want your students to label and mark countries or other things on them, it is best to make some separate labels. Write what you need on a blank sheet of paper then cut the labels out and stick them to the maps with glue or sticky tape.
